Refund Policy

At EraSky Technologies, we prioritize transparency, commitment, and fair business practices. Our services involve strategic planning, technical execution, and dedicated resource allocation. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

By engaging with EraSky Technologies, the client agrees to this Refund Policy in full.

General Policy

All payments made to EraSky Technologies are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

Once a project, service, or campaign has been initiated, resources, time, and expertise are allocated immediately, making refunds limited and conditional.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.
  • No significant work, execution, deployment, or strategy development has commenced.
  • No deliverables, drafts, assets, access credentials, or strategic documents have been shared.
  • The service has not entered the execution, optimisation, or implementation phase.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the request will be deemed ineligible.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

  • Website development (design, coding, testing, deployment)
  • SEO services (audits, keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
  • Paid advertising setup, management, or optimisation
  • Social media marketing and content planning
  • E-commerce marketing and optimisation
  • Graphic design services including logos, catalogues, banners, or creatives
  • Consultation, strategy planning, audits, or custom proposals

Any work involving intellectual effort, strategy creation, or creative execution is non-reversible and therefore non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of EraSky Technologies under exceptional circumstances.

If approved:

  • Charges for work already completed will be deducted.
  • Administrative, processing, and operational costs will not be refunded.
  • Any delivered or partially delivered work remains the intellectual property of EraSky Technologies unless otherwise agreed.

Partial refunds are not an obligation and are not guaranteed.

Performance-Based Disputes

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (design preference, creative style, content tone)
  • Fluctuations in traffic, leads, conversions, or ad performance
  • Algorithm updates, platform policy changes, or market conditions
  • Delays caused by missing client inputs, approvals, or access credentials

Digital performance depends on multiple external factors beyond direct control and cannot be guaranteed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without prior communication will be considered a breach of agreement.

EraSky Technologies reserves the right to:

  • Suspend all ongoing services immediately
  • Revoke access to deliverables, platforms, and accounts
  • Contest the chargeback with supporting documentation

All disputes should be raised directly with our support team before escalating to third parties.

Final Authority

All refund-related decisions, including eligibility, amount, and processing, rest solely with EraSky Technologies.

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or interpretation conflict, EraSky Technologies' decision shall be final and binding.

Policy Updates

EraSky Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will be considered applicable.
